WCC Youth Ministry is a welcoming student ministry in Waukegan, IL, where teens grow in faith, build real friendships, and discover a place to belong. A Place Where You’re Loved From the Moment You Walk In.
Our Youth Ministry (grades 7–12) is a space where every young person can show up exactly as they are—no judgment, no pressure, no pretending. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and free to discover who God created you to be. At Waukegan Community Church, we believe every student deserves a community that celebrates them, supports them, and welcomes them with open arms.

Our goal is to share the truth of the gospel in ways that make sense to today’s youth—engaging, relatable, and full of life. We believe young people grow by participating, not just listening, so we create interactive experiences that help students truly understand and embrace their faith.
Through conversations, activities, worship, and mentorship, we guide teens toward a deeper relationship with Jesus—one they can carry into school, friendships, and everyday life.
